What Is GM Diet ?
GM stands for General Motor Diet.
It is a collaborative effort of USFDA and US Department Of Agriculture.
It is a 7 day regimen.
It includes consumption of foods which will burn more calories. Thereby reducing the amount of calories which will convert to fats.

Day 1:- Fruits All The Way

This day include vegetables (cooked or raw) instead of fruits. There is no limit on quantity.
You are even allowed to have baked potato with a pat of butter. This will provide the body with complex carbohydrates required for rest of the day.

You can eat a mixture of fruits and vegetables. Except bananas and potatoes. There is no limit on quantity as well as variety.

Day 4 :- Soupy Progress
You can now add bananas, milk and soup into the mix. Limit is Up to 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk. But try to eat below the limit (There is no limit on amount of soup). Bananas will help you to recover those lost potassium and sodium ions. They even lower your cravings.
● 2 Green Peppers
● 6 Large Onions
● Fresh or Canned Tomatoes
● Bunch of Celery
● 1 Cabbage
● Chicken Soup Stock
● Salt and Pepper to taste
Chop the vegetables and combine all ingredients in a soup pot. Simmer for at least 45 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
5 :- Non Veg Relief
This day include beef and tomatoes. 6 whole tomatoes and two 10 oz (10 oz =283 g) portions of beef. You can replace beef by roasted chicken or turkey. Try to eat beef below the mention limit. There is no limit on tomatoes.
Increase your water intake by quart. This will aid your body to cleanse off all those excess uric acid produced while digesting beef.
Day 6 :- Tending Towards Fuller Meal
You can have beef / roasted chicken or turkey along with variety of vegetables.
By this time you would be able to see noticeable difference in your look.

Day 7 :- End With Healthy Option
You can eat brown rice along with fruit juice and unlimited vegetables
